I have changed the font style to suit the genre, I believe that it represents the genre in a better manner than the other font style that I used as it doesn't take too much attention away from the main image and it can also been seen as retro as it connotes type writing which relates to genre as it is part of the genre to be retro. I have also changed the text as the other one that I had was quite over powering of the image as there was a lot of text which isn't a typical code and convention as shown through my research. I have chosen to include text on who will feature in my magazine, in order to engage a large audience I have included well known artists and bands. These artists and bands can also be easily identified with the genre as thy are all easily representatives of the indie and acoustic genre. I have added an 'extras' place at the bottom of the page to engage readers with more articles that they could be interested in, including weekly features of the magazine and exciting things to do. I have added a bar code at the bottom right hand side of the page as this is also a key code and convention of a magazine as it is identified by this.
