I wrote my article on the basis of the artists life and experiences in the music industry. I decided to write my article as though it was an interview, I firstly wrote an introduction which included introducing the artist to the reader so I just gave the basis of their music career so far. I then included the questions that the interviewer would be asking in the lighter font and capitals to make it clear. The artists response is written under the question, I aimed to keep the questions focused on music as it is a music magazine and will be expected by the reader. The responses also include the artists own pinion which is really what the reader wants as they are reading the article based upon wanting to learn more about the artist therefore their opinion is critical for the engagement of the reader. I placed the text into three columns as this is a standard code and convention of every music magazine and was shown through my research. The text flows nicely through the columns but I still need to make sure that the text is inline and doesn't contain any hyphens because a magazine doesn't include these.
